Experience Norra Latin

At the beginning of the new meeting year, we want to contribute inspiration for upcoming events by drawing attention to Norra Latin, our beautiful, traditional boys’ school from 1880. During the 1990s, the school was renovated and rebuilt into a modern conference facility. A unique environment, in the middle of the city. Norra Latin has played a major role in Stockholm’s history and in the city’s growth into a modern metropolis, you can read more about the building’s history here. Norra Latins old classrooms with high ceilings and details reminiscent of the school years are today modern, functional meeting rooms. They are continuously updated with the latest conference technology.

The room that is most similar from school days is the Aulan, with its tall windows, chandeliers, organ and fantastic mural signed by Prince Eugen. What was originally a gymnasium we know today as the Pelarsalen. Here we welcome conferences, exhibitions and countless dinners and parties. We call the former school canteen Marmorvalet and is an excellent area for coffee breaks, mingling after the meeting and exhibitions in connection with events in the Pelarsalen. The environment is important for a meeting to be successful. Meaningful meetings require significant spaces. Do you want to discover the premises and atmosphere of Norra Latin?
